Returns & Exchanges

  • We will accept unused, unopened scrunchies (tags still attached) that are in their original condition (no stains, no damage, no wear and tear, etc.) for a full refund
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the day the package was delivered
  • Items must be delivered to us and received within 21 calendar days
  • At this time, we will not be responsible for shipping costs to send the items back. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer
